Example Annotation Session

This section provides two examples of a reviewing workflow:

Common Scenarios

Once starting the review process of a clip annotated by the AI algorithm, there are five different likely (though not exclusively) scenarios:

1. Incorrect detection — Bounding box issues requiring manual re-annotation
2. No detection — Fish not detected by the AI
3. Accurate identification — Detection and tracking are correct
4. Incorrect species identification — Fish tracked accurately but species ID is wrong
5. Extra annotations — Multiple detections where only one fish is present
